About this Role

You will help us win mid-market and enterprise accounts by managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to closed-won. Our emphasis is on supporting your potential ambition to be a pivotal member at a company ready for scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts - from prospecting and pipeline generation through demo, negotiation, and closed-won

• Run discovery calls and tailored demos that connect Numeric's platform to each prospect's specific accounting and finance challenges

• Share market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer insights back to Product, Marketing, and Leadership

• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and crisp, timely follow-up - owning your deals end-to-end with precision

• Don't take yourself too seriously

Must-Haves

• Experience selling into the Office CFO. Idea ERP, billing and revenue, finance systems or data warehouse applications

• You have 7-10 years of full-cycle closing experience, selling complex SaaS

• You are excited to meaningfully contribute to our sales motion and culture from the ground up

• You move fast. You leverage tools/technology to maximize your selling time and are comfortable managing a pipeline of a dozen or more opportunities.

• You skillfully guide prospects through their entire buying process-engaging the right stakeholders at the right time to create consensus.

• You treat sales as a listening exercise then ask questions with precision. You can explain complex concepts in simple terms.

• You share insights about the market, our product, industry trends, etc. back to the company.

• You obsess over sending crisp follow-up emails, on time, and take pride in your forecast

This role is in person in San Francisco or New York (in office by default but with flexibility to manage your schedule as you see fit).
