Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food & beverage costs across all outlets.
- Εnsure accurate pricing of items.
- Conduct stock counts and cash/quantity audits in F&B and retail outlets.
- Track sales performance, including special events and staff incentives.
- Input and manage data in POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros).
- Prepare and issue monthly cost and performance reports.
- Ensure accurate registration and management of Micros and maison cards.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years minimum experience in cost control or hospitality finance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of POS/ERP systems is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
