Human Resources Specialist

• Assistin the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, learning and development, employeewelfare, and engagement activities.

• Handle HR operational matters such as leave and attendance tracking,social insurance, health insurance,employeeclaims, and internal communications.

• Support payroll preparation and coordination with externalpayroll vendors, ensuring accuracy andtimelysubmission.

• Maintain and administer HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

• Prepare andmaintainemployee records,contracts, HR documentation in compliance with Vietnamlaborregulations

• Assistin implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.

• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and training programs.

• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
