nVent is an electrical connection and protection company spun out of Pentair in 2018 that makes enclosures, thermal management, cable management and connection products for industrial, commercial and data centre customers. Its most consequential business has become thermal management for data centres: liquid cooling for high-density computing racks, where artificial intelligence accelerators generate more heat per rack than air can remove. Headquartered in London for tax and legal purposes with operations centred in Minnesota, it is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and has been reshaping its portfolio around electrification and data centre demand.

We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success - and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.

  • Work with operators, supervisors, and value stream planners to assist manufacturing operations through layout improvements, line balancing, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement activities.

  • Support the development of business unit improvement plans using value stream maps, metric deployment, and management system assessments.

  • Lead and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including equipment justification, implementation, and startup activities.

  • Review, update, and create work instructions, process documentation, and routing information to support manufacturing operations.
