Senior Distribution Supervisor

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Analyze and optimize business processes using ERP systems (JD Edwards) and Lean methodologies.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP platforms to support operational goals.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and 5S programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enterprise systems with business needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Train employees on ERP usage and Lean practices to develop a culture of improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics) and recommend strategic improvements.
• Document workflows, system configurations, and process changes for transparency and consistency.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
• 3+ years of validated experience in LEAN Manufacturing methodologies with a preference for Lean Six Sigma certification.
• 5+ years of validated experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management.
• 3+ years of validated experience managing employees.
• Yellow Belt/Green Belt (preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems, JDEdwards, or AS-400 is a plus.
• Experience in development and implementation of projects.
• Proven understanding of Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kanban.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
