Software Business Development
As a Business Development leader in the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and Vehicle Electronics Architecture (VEA) domain, you act as the primary customer-facing interface for software engagements between NXP and key automotive OEMs, Tier1s, and ecosystem partners. You drive business growth by engaging deeply with customers’ software R&D leadership, system architects, and program decision-makers, in close collaboration with Global Key Account Managers (GKAM) and global cross-functional teams in NXP. Leveraging your hands-on experience in software development and/or Field Application Engineering (FAE), you bridge business and technical domains - supporting early-stage evaluations, shaping customer software architecture discussions, and enabling design-ins and design-wins. You are responsible for creating new business opportunities while expanding strategic engagements at scale, positioning NXP’s software solutions (e.g., SDV platforms, MotionWise, CoreRide) into customer roadmaps. Through strong ownership and collaboration, you enable early-stage engagements, design wins, and long-term revenue growth.
