We are now looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Ads Orchestration, the team building the product capabilities that enable us to sell, deliver, measure and evolve the future of our advertising business.

From how campaigns are sold and booked to how they are planned, delivered, optimised, measured and followed up.
At the same time, we are consolidating the systems behind TV4 Play and MTV Katsomo into a shared Nordic platform.

It is about creating the capabilities we need to develop new advertising products faster, respond to changing market needs and give the business greater freedom to evolve.

We operate where technology, product and advertising meet, with the goal of reducing friction, increasing transparency and helping TV4 develop advertising products faster and more effectively.
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team with a strong product focus and close collaboration with stakeholders, users and business partners.
What you will do
Build and evolve scalable services in a cloud-native, modular architecture
Develop across the stack, working with both backend services and user-facing applications
Design APIs and integrations connecting products, platforms and business processes
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
Use AI tools actively as part of the development process
Take responsibility for observability, monitoring and continuous improvement
Work closely with product, users and stakeholders to turn real needs into working solutions
Help shape the next generation of TV4's advertising platform
About you
You are an experienced fullstack engineer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend.
You enjoy working at the intersection of product, technology and business and are motivated by building solutions that create real value for users and the organisation.
You have a strong engineering mindset, appreciate autonomy and enjoy working in teams that take responsibility from idea through launch and continuous improvement.
We also believe that you:
Have several years of experience building and operating modern software systems across both frontend and backend
Have hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React, as well as cloud-based solutions
Have worked with APIs, integrations and user-facing parts of products
Enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside product, design, users and stakeholders
Communicate clearly and can make complex concepts understandable
Have adopted AI as a tool for improving quality, learning and productivity
Experience from domains involving complex flows, integrations and high requirements for traceability, such as advertising, payments, order management or logistics, is a plus.

Practical information
TV4 is office-first, and we work from the office four days per week.
This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
