Overview
OHA is seeking a Treasury professional to join the team in Fort Worth, with a specific focus on cash projections, deal funding, and cash wires. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, and Deal teams to efficiently manage and transmit cash across a large, multi-entity fund complex. Process automation is a key priority as the team scales to support OHA’s growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute deal funding, wire processing, and daily cash movement across the fund complex
- Manage cash forecasting and liquidity to ensure funding deadlines are met
- Support fund financing activity across long-term credit facilities, including preparing analysis on financing recommendations and portfolio return impact
- Maintain leverage compliance and daily process requirements through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Enhance treasury management systems, including building out cash management modules
- Maintain money market sweep activity, monitor daily cash projections & review monthly bank account billing across custodial banks
- Support treasury project initiatives by partnering with vendors & OHA IT teams on process enhancements
- Develop and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and management reporting
- Support the firm's FX program, including spot transactions and hedging activity
- Service Loan obligations & daily operations through accurate execution & consistent controls
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to internal stakeholders and external financial service partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in Finance or a related field
- Strong aptitude for learning new systems quickly needed, preferably with wire processing experience and exposure to technology/AI tools applied in a finance context (e.g., automation, coding, or data tools used to streamline financial workflows)
- Strongly prefer 5+ years of Treasury experience, including treasury operations, wire processing, and cash management
- Open to candidates with a background in Accounting, IR, AP and/ or with experience working with complex fund structures and organizing/reconciling large data sets and a strong interest in Treasury
- Familiarity with SWIFT and wire vendor & bookkeeping tools strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (or more advanced analytical tools)
- Comfort working with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Hebbia) to support process automation
- Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet deadlines with accurate, high-quality output
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, with strong written and oral communication skills across all levels
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to proof one's own work
In-Office Requirement
This role follows OHA's Fort Worth hybrid schedule - in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule is subject to change based on organizational needs and policies.
Compensation
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $XXX,000 - $XXX,000 per year and is based on a wide range of factors, including the individual’s experience and skills for the role and market considerations. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, which is determined based on firm and individual performance.
