WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

We’relookingforaBeneluxCategory Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will use data and shopper insights to strengthen Oatly’s understanding of category trends anddriversacrosstheNetherlandsandBelgium.Yourworkwillhelpusmakebetterdecisions,buildconvincingcategorystoriesandsupportourambitiontobecomeastrong leaderwithintheplant-baseddrinkscategory.

Herearethemainelementsoftherole:

• Userawdataanddifferentdatasetstoidentifycategoryandshopperinsights,helpingOatlymakebettercommercialandstrategicdecisions.

• Developacompellingcategoryvisionforambientandchilledplant-baseddrinks,focusedondrivingcategoryconversionandvaluecreationforbothOatlyandourretailpartners.

• Translatethecategoryvisionintowinningplanogram(Spaceman)recommendations,whileevaluatingassortment,promotionandactivationchoices.

• BuildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyBeneluxretailpartners,providingfact-basedrecommendationsthathelpunlockplant-basedcategorygrowth.

• WorkcloselywiththeCommercialteamtosupportnewlistingsanddistributionopportunities,andpartnerwiththePortfolioandInnovationteamstoalignnewproductdevelopmentplanswithcategorytrendsandshopperbehavior.

• MaintainanddeveloptoolsforeffectivetrackingandreportingofOatly’scategoryperformance,whileworkingcloselywiththesalesteamstoimproveforecastaccuracy.

You will collaborate closely with the wider Benelux team, includingtheGeneralManagerandHeadofRetail,aswellascolleaguesacrossCommercial,PortfolioandInnovation.YouwillalsoshareinsightsandbestpracticeswithcategorymanagersandtheinternationalinsightsteamacrossEMEA.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

Tobesuccessfulinthisrole,youhaveatleastthreeyearsofrelevantexperienceworkingwithinanFMCGcompany,eitheronthesupplierorretailerside,intheDutchmarket.Youareanalyticalanddata-drivenbynature,butequallycomfortableturningnumbersintoaclearandcompellingstory.

• YouhaveaHBO orUniversitydegree.

• YouhaveexperienceworkingwithdatasuchasNielsen,Circana,IRIandYouGov.

• YouhaveexcellentExcelskillsandarecomfortablewith PowerPoint.

• Youareaself-starterwhoenjoyspullingmeaningfulinsightsfromdataandcommunicatingthestorybehindthenumbersinaconvincingway.

• Youarecomfortableswitchingbetweenstrategicthinkingandhands-onoperationalwork.

• YoucommunicatefluentlyinDutchandEnglish,bothverballyandinwriting.

• Youbringagrowthmindset,enjoyembracingtheunknown.

• You areeagertoexplorehowAIcansupportandstrengthenour work.

• KnowledgeoftheBelgianretaillandscapeisanadvantage.

• Frenchlanguageskillsareconsideredanadvantage but not a must.
