MY JOB

Als Softwareentwickler:in im Bereich Kernbanksystem arbeitest du an den zentralen Bankanwendungen. Gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Kolleg:innen entwickelst, wartest und optimierst du geschäftskritische Anwendungen rund um Konten und Auszug. Dabei bewegst du dich in einer hochverfügbaren Mainframe- und DB2-Landschaft und begleitest den gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Umsetzung bis zum produktiven Betrieb.

In einem agilen Umfeld arbeitest du eng mit cross-funktionalen Teams zusammen, stimmst dich regelmäßig mit Product Ownern ab und nutzt Prozesse nach Scrum wie Refinements, Reviews und Retrospektiven, um Anforderungen klar umzusetzen und die Software kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

IN DETAIL

  • Du entwickelst und wartest Kernbankanwendungen und Schnittstellen für Konto oder Auszug in PL/I
  • Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für einen fachlichen Teilbereich inklusive Analyse, Entwicklung, Testing, Betrieb und Dokumentation
  • Du stellst einen stabilen Produktionsbetrieb sicher, analysierst Störungen und behebst Fehler eigenverantwortlich und nachhaltig
  • Du implementierst DB2-Datenbankzugriffe sowie Batch-Prozesse
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Business Analyst:innen, Tester:innen und Fachbereichen zusammen und wirkst an Sprint-Planungen mit
  • Du unterstützt Modernisierungs- und Migrationsprojekte

MY CHALLENGE

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in PL/I-, DB2- oder Mainframe-Entwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in Bankprozessen von Vorteil
  • Know-How im Umgang mit Atlassian-Tools (Jira/Confluence) oder Vergleichbares
  • Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis für komplexe fachliche und technische Zusammenhänge
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an bankfachlichen Prozessen
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und agiler Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

MY FUTURE

Wir bieten ein sehr interessantes und entwicklungsfähiges Aufgabengebiet. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt monatlich EUR 3.267,00 brutto. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung hängt von Deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung ab.
