Requirements
  • Technical Experience: Previous compressor experience will be advantageous
  • 3 Years of proven field sales experience in a technical, engineering, mining, or heavy machinery environment.
  • Must be a well-spoken, presentable, and confident communicator.
  • Strong cold-calling, technical quoting, contract negotiation, lead generation, and account management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing an independent travel schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license (essential for field travel) and strong professional communication skills.
Duties
  • Fiield Sales:
  • Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting and field visits.
  • Consultative Selling:
  • Analyze client needs, configure technical product solutions, and present winning commercial proposals.
  • Exceed Targets:
  • Drive business growth by consistently meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term loyalty with engineering, mining, and industrial accounts through exceptional service.
