Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance: Enforce data quality standards, policies, and procedures across enterprise systems.
  • Process Optimization: Resolve complex master data issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, procurement, finance, and external vendors to streamline data flows.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve master data changes while monitoring compliance and audit readiness.

Training & Support: Act as the primary escalation point and advisor for operational teams regarding data standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years working in data management, master data governance, or business analysis roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), data profiling tools, and SQL.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certifications: Professional credentials such as a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) are a strong advantage
