Sales Manager
For our Sales team, we're looking for enthusiastic Sales Managers to represent both Octiva and Berkvens Greenhouse Mobility.
Are you ready to make a real impact? In this role, you'll take charge by generating your own leads while getting great support from our account managers, marketing initiatives, events, and your personal network. You'll get to promote and sell our combined portfolio - Octiva's advanced robotic systems and Berkvens' greenhouse logistics solutions - directly to growers in your region, and play a key part in expanding our reach!
Your day-to-day will be a mix of phone calls and face-to-face visits with growers in your assigned region, helping you dive deep into their needs and challenges. Together with product experts you will work out the best solution for each customer, drawing on the full Octiva and Berkvens range.
Collaboration is the name of the game here. You'll work closely with our team of sales managers, Marketing and Sales Support. Together, you'll be empowered to deliver top-notch solutions that drive success for our growers-and for Octiva and Berkvens!
Requirements
Your profile
You're driven, determined, and passionate about what you do-especially when it comes to the greenhouse sector.
Here's what we're looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field. Proven experience in sales (bonus points if it's in agri-tech, horticulture equipment, or robotics!).
- Understanding of greenhouse operations and agricultural practices is a plus.
- Excellent communicator and people-person.
- Motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ready and excited to travel to meet growers and attend cool industry events!
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
