Product Manager

Job Description:

• Work directly with customers and prospects to understand needs, uncover unmet demand, and identify opportunities for new products and businesses
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into product concepts, rapidly prototype solutions, and work with engineering and design to bring them to market
• Pitch new ideas, recruit design partners, run pilots, validate demand, and drive early adoption and revenue
• Develop hypotheses, test assumptions, gather feedback, and iterate to find product-market fit
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Define success metrics, measure adoption and commercial performance, and determine where to invest, iterate, or change direction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives from exploration through launch and growth

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, entrepreneurship, consulting, engineering, business operations, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build from nothing
• Strong commercial instincts and customer-facing abilities
• Exceptional product judgment
• Bias toward action and comfort with incomplete information
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Experience launching new products, finding product-market fit, or building new businesses at an early-stage startup (bonus)
• Experience with B2B software, developer platforms, APIs, AI products, or two-sided marketplaces (bonus)
• Experience in customer development, enterprise sales, or partnerships (bonus)
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or another analytically rigorous environment combined with a builder's mindset (bonus)
• Experience building products, prototypes, or side projects using AI-assisted development tools (bonus)
