Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, grow our audience, and strengthen brand visibility across relevant social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Design basic graphics, create short-form videos, and develop compelling captions.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and maintain positive audience engagement.
• Track social media trends and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Monitor content performance and prepare periodic reports using relevant analytics tools.
• Support promotional campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all published content meets quality standards.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; relevant practical experience may also be considered.
• 1–3 years' experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Demonstrable ability to create engaging content and grow social media audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
• Basic graphic design and video-editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
• Good written communication, creativity, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a hybrid work environment.
• A portfolio or links to previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
