Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in Ibadan, Oyo state.
• Treblem Security seeks to recruit a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote its security services and drive business growth in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's client base in Ibadan
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business engagements.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Generate leads, arrange client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up on business opportunities in Ibadan.
• Prepare regular marketing activity reports and monitor progress against sales targets.
• Market the company's security services to corporate organizations, residential estates, schools, hotels, construction companies, and other prospective clients.

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience in the security industry in Oyo State will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• OND or HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of the Ibadan business environment and ability to network effectively.
