Buscamos un/a  Graphic Designer  para incorporarse al equipo creativo de Ogilvy. Queremos una persona con una sólida capacidad conceptual, una gran sensibilidad visual y un alto nivel de exigencia en la ejecución, capaz de desarrollar campañas integradas desde la idea hasta su implementación final.

Trabajarás junto a Directores Creativos, Copywriters, Estrategia, Cuentas, Medical y Producción, desarrollando campañas para marcas líderes del sector farmacéutico en un entorno altamente colaborativo.

Responsabilidades:

• Desarrollar y ejecutar conceptos creativos integrados para marcas del sector Healthcare, garantizando un alto nivel de craft, precisión y calidad visual.
• Participar activamente en concursos (new business) y briefs estratégicos, aportando soluciones creativas alineadas con las necesidades del cliente.
• Conceptualizar campañas junto al equipo creativo y liderar su desarrollo visual desde la idea hasta la ejecución final.
• Creación de piezas digitales, impresas, audiovisuales y materiales promocionales.
• Coordinar producciones fotográficas y audiovisuales junto a equipos de producción y colaboradores externos.
• Trabajar de forma estrecha con los equipos de Health, Estrategia, Cuentas y Producción para desarrollar campañas relevantes y alineadas con el entorno regulatorio.
• Presentar propuestas creativas al cliente, defendiendo tanto el concepto como la ejecución visual.

Requisitos:

• Capacidades para liderar y supervisar a otro/s diseñador/es y las siguientes requisitos:
• Formación en Diseño Gráfico, Artes Visuales o disciplinas afines.
• Más de 4 años de experiencia como Graphic Designer.
• Experiencia en diseño en el punto de venta (lineales, plv, expositores, escaparates…).
• Conocimientos de diseño editorial y digital.
• Atención al detalle y cuidado del craft.
• Uso de la Inteligencia Artificial.
• Programas: Paquete adobe, figma.
• Sensibilidad para elaborar videos o presentaciones cuando sea necesario.
• Valorable: 3D, conocimientos artes finales.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar desde Barcelona.
