Job Description :

We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves hands-on development, process automation, system integration, testing, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Cases, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.

- Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, process automation, and Approval Processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and CI/CD processes.

Required Technical Skills :

- Salesforce Service Cloud: Cases, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.

- Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, process automation, and Approval Processes.

- REST and SOAP API integrations.

- Unit testing, code review, deployment, and production support.

- Salesforce security standards and development best practices.

- CI/CD processes for Salesforce development and releases.

Key Attributes :

- Strong problem-solving and hands-on Salesforce development capabilities.

- Ability to design secure, maintainable, and scalable Service Cloud solutions.

- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with analysts, administrators, and architects.
