What You’ll Be Doing
Global Partnership Development: Build and scale strategic partnerships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial influencers/KOLs, investor communities, and other relevant ecosystem partners across key global markets, driving user acquisition, trading activity, AUM, and revenue growth.
End-to-End Partnership Management: Own the full partnership lifecycle, including market mapping, outreach, commercial negotiation, partnership design, launch, and ongoing performance management.
Commercial Strategy & Optimization: Develop and optimize revenue-sharing structures, incentive models, and customized partnership solutions to improve ROI, partner productivity, and customer retention.
Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new partnership channels, customer segments, and geographic opportunities to support international growth.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global financial-market trends, evolving customer behavior, and competitor partnership strategies to identify emerging opportunities and develop differentiated go-to-market initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, marketing, operations, compliance, and regional teams to ensure partnership initiatives are scalable, commercially effective, and appropriate for different markets.

全球市场拓展：持续识别新的合作渠道、客户群体及区域市场机会，支持业务的国际化增长。
市场洞察与竞品分析：紧密关注全球金融市场趋势、用户需求变化及行业竞品的渠道策略，识别新的增长机会并制定差异化的市场拓展方案。
跨团队协作：与产品、市场、运营、合规及区域团队紧密合作，推动合作项目在不同市场高效落地并实现规模化增长。
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel development, or related commercial roles within brokerage, fintech, wealth management, trading, or financial services.
Experience working with international or multi-market financial platforms is preferred.
Strong understanding of brokerage, investment, or trading ecosystems, including partnership structures, distribution channels, customer acquisition models, and commercial incentive mechanisms.
Existing relationships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial content creators, investor communities, or other relevant financial ecosystem partners are a plus.
Familiarity with, or strong interest in, digital assets and crypto, with the ability to understand the evolving relationship between traditional finance and emerging digital-asset products.
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and evolving business environment.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and functions.

有国际化金融平台或跨区域市场工作经验者优先。
熟悉券商、投资或交易生态，包括渠道体系、客户获取模式、合作机制及商业激励模式。
在券商、金融平台、财经KOL/内容创作者、投资者社区或其他相关金融生态中拥有合作资源者优先。
对数字资产及加密行业具备一定理解或强烈兴趣，能够理解传统金融与新兴数字资产产品之间不断演进的用户及商业需求。
具备较强的商业判断、商务谈判、利益相关方管理及数据分析能力，能够将合作机会转化为可量化的业务成果。
结果导向、自驱力强，能够适应快速变化、国际化的业务环境。
具备良好的跨文化沟通及跨区域协作能力。
