About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Own product strategy and roadmap for the DEX Trading product, covering Token Market, Swap (Aggregator), Bridge, Limit Order, and emerging trading primitives.
Partner closely with the Growth & Operations team to ship initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume, turning growth hypotheses into PRDs, prototypes, and launched features.
Identify and prototype new product opportunities in DEX, evaluating emerging protocols, narratives, and paradigms (intent-based trading, MEV protection, new L1/L2s, etc.) with AI-augmented research and competitive scanning to move faster and broader than manual analysis allows.
Lead end-to-end execution: drive PRDs, prototypes, and supporting documentation with AI in the loop for higher velocity and quality, then partner with R&D, UI/UX, QA, and Marketing through to launch.
Define, instrument, and monitor core product KPIs (Volume, MAU, retention, route quality, etc.); run your own data analysis with AI-assisted SQL, exploratory queries, and insight synthesis to continuously optimize performance.
What We Look For In You
3+ years in product management, with 2+ years on consumer-facing crypto or DeFi products. Strong DeFi experience as a power user or contributor may substitute for part of the PM tenure.
Deep understanding of the DEX stack: AMMs, order books, aggregation & routing, cross-chain bridges, perpetuals, MEV, and the trade-offs between them.
Strong data fluency: comfortable writing your own SQL / Dune queries instead of waiting on an analyst.
Power user of modern AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, AI coding/data agents) : actively integrates them into daily PM workflows for research, writing, prototyping, and data analysis. Able to demonstrate concrete examples of how AI has accelerated your output.
Strong individual contributor ownership, able to drive projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams without people-management leverage.
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Nice to Have
Prior Product Manager at a leading DEX, Aggregator, Perp DEX, or Bridge (Uniswap, Jupiter, 1inch, GMX, dYdX, CoW, Across, etc.), etc.
Demonstrable track record as a heavy DeFi user, published research, sizeable on-chain footprint, governance participation, or recognized protocol contributions.
Familiarity with intent-based architectures, solver networks, TEE, or other emerging DeFi primitives.
