Role Overview:
As a .Net Developer based in Mumbai, you will serve as a core contributor to our engineering team, taking ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle for critical client applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and system architects, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the reliability and scalability of platforms used by our enterprise clients, ensuring that our software remains at the forefront of industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend services using .Net Core to support high-traffic enterprise applications.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces by leveraging modern Javascript frameworks to enhance the overall end-user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical specifications and ensure that deliverables align with long-term business objectives.
- Optimize existing codebases and database queries to improve system performance and reduce latency for end-users.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the project lifecycle.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using C# and the .Net ecosystem, with a deep understanding of .Net Core architecture.
- Proven ability to integrate complex backend systems with modern Javascript-based frontends to create seamless, full-stack solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement efficient, long-term technical fixes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative, hybrid office environment in Mumbai.
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready code in fast-paced environments.
