Junior Secretary

OMEDAD Private Limited Company is a diversified Ethiopian enterprise with operations spanning import-distribution, hospitality, manufacturing, and trading. We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team and support the company’s financial integrity and compliance efforts across our business units.

Responsibility

• Consolidate requests for goods from regional branches, prepare the necessary requisition documentation, and facilitate the dispatch of goods upon obtaining approval from the Regional Branch Manager, the Commercial Department, and the relevant official.
•  Follow up on requests from regional branches to participate in tenders; ensure all required documentation is complete and coordinate with the Tender Department to facilitate their participation.
•  For tenders in which regional branches are participating—if the tender process takes place in Addis Ababa—participate in the proceedings, prepare a summary report, and submit it to the immediate supervisor.
• Handle requests for the handover of goods sold by regional branches to customer representatives in Addis Ababa, ensuring strict adherence to established sales regulations and procedures.
• Presenting communications received from the region to the Regional Sales Unit supervisor.
• Following up on, collecting, and registering Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)—which serve as proof of delivery for items sent to regional branches—and handing them over to the relevant department.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma/Level 4 business administration, Markting management,BMgt. or related field of study from recognized college or university and at list 1 years working experience as Baranch coordinator assistant.
