Sales Routing Specialist

A leading Company in the Retail Sector is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Routing Specialist to optimize and manage our sales routes effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating efficient delivery and sales routes to ensure timely service and maximize sales opportunities. Your expertise will contribute directly to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate route structures, including customer coverage, route boundaries, visit schedules, and estimated travel times.
• Segment and map customers based on sales volume, customer type, visit frequency, and other relevant business criteria.
• Visualize wholesale and semi-wholesale customer locations using digital mapping tools to identify opportunities for route optimization and market expansion.
• Maintain and update customer, territory, hierarchy, and routing data within ArcGIS to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Verify GPS coordinates and regularly review route maps to identify opportunities for improved routing efficiency and coverage.
• Support route redesign, route expansion, and sales territory optimization initiatives in line with sales operations standards.
• Ensure accurate sequencing of Sales Representatives and customer visits within SAP for all assigned routes.
• Analyze historical sales data to optimize vehicle insurance limits and route-related operational requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate vehicle utilization against capacity to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales operations guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Geography, GIS, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in route planning, sales operations, logistics, GIS, or data analysis.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
