Job description

1. Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.

2. Customer Support: Assisting customers with their concerns, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Data Entry and Documentation: Recording accurate information into databases and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

4. Follow-Up: Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved and ensuring timely resolution.

5. Adherence to Procedures: Following company scripts and protocols for consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  2. Experience working in a call center or customer-support role.

  3. Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.

  4. Proficiency in problem-solving.

  5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  6. Fluency in both English and Kiswahili (spoken and written).
