Key Responsibilities

• Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with their concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Record accurate information in databases and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Follow-Up: Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved and ensure timely resolution.
• Adherence to Procedures: Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience working in a call center or customer support role.
• Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Kiswahili, spoken and written.
