You're highly organized, proactive, and motivated by achieving measurable results in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities will include:

    • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and digital engagement.

    • Research and identify prospective customers across academia, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and CRO organizations using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, scientific publications, conferences, and other prospecting tools.

    • Engage prospective customers through email, phone, virtual meetings, and social outreach to understand their research and commercial needs.

    • Qualify leads and schedule meetings, demonstrations, and technical discussions with Sales Executives and Field Application Scientists.

    • Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities, maintaining regular communication until prospects are sales-ready.

    • Manage and process consumable orders from quotation through order confirmation, ensuring timely, accurate communication with customers and close coordination with Operations and Customer Success teams.

    • Support customers with consumable enquiries, quotations, and order follow-up, providing an excellent customer experience throughout the purchasing process.

    • Work closely with Marketing to follow up on campaign responses, webinar attendees, event leads, and website enquiries.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunity stages, and pipeline activity within Salesforce.

    • Support territory planning by identifying strategic target accounts and expanding engagement within existing organizations.

    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Applications teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

    • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape commercial strategy, messaging, and future product development.

    • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline generation, and opportunity creation targets.

    • Keeps accurate records of pipeline generation dashboards that track funnel health, and conversion metrics.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related scientific discipline required. PhD preferred.

    • Previous experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, customer success, or scientific sales is preferred.

    • Strong interest in life science research and emerging technologies.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage scientific and commercial audiences.

    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    • Comfortable using CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, to manage pipeline and customer interactions.

    • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is advantageous.

    • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve individual and team goals.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business productivity tools.
