Join Onoff Telecom, a European neo-telecom and SaaS company, as a People Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll and HR administration, HR processes and people data, onboarding and offboarding, and office life in the Paris office. You will work closely with the CHRO and other People Operations Specialists in different locations. The position is based in Paris, offers a salary of 40-47k€, and allows for 2 days of remote work per week.

Missions

  • Préparer les entrées de paie mensuelles pour la France, assurer la transmission précise et en temps voulu des données de paie à notre prestataire de paie.
  • Gérer l'administration des employés : offres, contrats, amendements, dossiers des employés, certificats d'emploi et autres documents RH.
  • Maintenir les données des employés précises et à jour dans le système d'information des ressources humaines (SIRH) et les outils connexes.
