Position Summary

As Regional Marketing Representative for AMG, you will support the Automotive market strategy and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth for our analog and mixed signal portfolio. This includes SmartFETs, gate drivers, Ethernet, Sensor Interfaces, and standard analog components designed for next generation automotive architectures. In this role, you will work closely with marketing management, sales account FSEs and FAEs, sales operations analysts, and Business Unit product line managers. This role will also support the internal customer experience initiative as the AMG representative on the onsemi Customer Experience Council.

Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Develop and update presentation material and tools to assist Sales with promoting onsemi products, and maintain an automotive product and application master slide deck.
• Tool development: Organize and refine opportunity management database content, and develop a method to embed current Excel key opportunity tracking tools into the SalesForce platform.
• Opportunity Management: Regularly review the opportunity funnel, and monitor alignment of product release timing with customer requirement dates. Check completeness of opportunity information in SalesForce, including customer milestone dates and design win confidence levels.
• Market Analysis: Collaborate with global colleagues to map the OEM and supplier relationship landscape for major automotive market applications.
• Organization Activities: Work with Sales Operations Analyst to develop and update BU organization contacts and organizational charts.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Organize and communicate the agenda and speakers for internal Bi-annual business reviews. Capture and follow up with action items assigned during the meetings.
• Drive Alignment: Track progress toward meeting OEM manufacturing resiliency requirements, participating in meetings with Business Operations, Materials Planning, and Capacity Planning Management, and follow up with action items.
• Communicate New Product Status: Monitor, consolidate, and disseminate new Treo platform product development milestone dates and deliverable updates.
• Customer Experience Council Representation: In addition to core regional marketing responsibilities, represent AMG on the company's internal Customer Experience Council. This role offers broader visibility and exposure across the organization while partnering with leaders from Sales, Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and Business Units to champion customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience: 2+ years in the automotive and/or semiconductor sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Cross-functional experience, having worked within multiple divisions, disciplines, etc.
• Preferred experience with Copilot, or other AI platforms.
