Project Description: The team supports a suite of web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians. The products facilitate the capture of information and approvals that allow for the movement of data through the customer mission space in a compliant manner. These products are critical to standardize and simplify data movement as well as data reuse and integration with downstream tools. Job Description: The ideal candidate will become a member of a mature software development effort using Java as the primary language. The development effort uses Agile methods to assign, track and manage software activities and requirements within the team. This position will allow a software developer to develop and broaden their skills in the Java language as well as use technologies such as Quarkus and PrimeFaces. Use of these technologies allows for full stack development, to include ease of building User Interfaces. Highly Desired Skills: Quarkus / SpringBoot Primefaces API Data ingest technologies (JMS messages, Kafka) Creating/modifying workflows SQL/postgreSQL AWS, Lambda, S3 XML, JSON, YAML Researching software solutions UI development using component-based libraries GitLab CI/CD Qualifications Basic Requirements: Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required At least five (5) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is highly desired A relevant bachelor’s degree will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience. At least one of the following certifications: AWS Certified Developer - Associate AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer - Associate AWS Certified Generative AI Developer - Professional AWS DevOps Engineer - Professional Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
