Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product experience, with hands-on experience building lending journeys and lender integrations (non-MBAs preferred).
  • You have shipped at least one lending product end-to-end, including origination, underwriting hand-offs, and disbursal, and worked directly with lender/partner APIs.
  • Problem-first mindset: you start from the user problem, not the integration.
  • Curiosity and hunger to learn, including genuine interest in AI.
  • Tier 1 college (mandatory).
