  • Lead the optimization and identification of novel and innovative techniques to manage network unreliability.

  • Leverage industry insights to design interdependent systems that are durable and adhere to service level objectives (SLOs), setting new standards for availability and durability of other computing services across the organization.

System Design & Architecture - System Reliability Performance:

  • Set organizational standards for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and telemetry to identify risks, gaps, or cyclical dependencies in running systems.

  • Innovate and implement new approaches across the organization for creating and customizing dashboards, telemetry systems, and alerting mechanisms to proactively ensure system health and reliability.

  • Proactively evaluate and design system functionality for future products or businesses still in conception.

  • Design and implement chaos testing strategies to evaluate system resilience and durability, and help drive cross-team integration of chaos testing to support the CI/CD pipeline.

System Design & Architecture - Correctness / Availability:

  • Evaluate innovative industry standards and techniques for verifying correctness.

  • Publish and present across the organization on advanced formal verification techniques for system design correctness.
