Customer Service officer (German speaking)

Who are you?

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional support and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will take ownership of the full customer journey, from order entry to delivery and beyond, handling questions, complaints, returns, and other customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. As part of the OPPLE Europe Customer Support Team, you will work closely with Sales and our 3PL partners across Europe to ensure smooth order fulfilment, efficient order management, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate solutions, following up on customer issues, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Your day-to-day:

• Be the go-to person for our customers, and salespeople

• Process and manage orders in SAP (from entry to invoicing)

• Keep master data, customer, pricing, and product, accurate

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and transport, partners to track and deliver orders on time

• Keep customers and sales teams in the loop

• Face challenges and fix all kinds of issues to make our customer happy

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years in customer service, order management, or similar

• Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP is a big plus)

• Strong communication skills (English and German required; more languages are a bonus)

• Organized, detail-focused, and good at juggling priorities

• Problem-solver mindset, analytical with a bias for action

• Fluent in English; fluent German is required.
