Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing activities. The role involves managing digital content, coordinating online campaigns, tracking performance, and supporting marketing initiatives across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels to support lead generation and business growth.
• Implement SEO activities to improve Optimiza’s website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search performance across English and Arabic pages.
• Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, budget monitoring, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing user experience.
• Execute digital lead-generation campaigns for Optimiza’s software products, technology solutions, and services in alignment with established marketing objectives and target markets.
• Coordinate and manage social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram, to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and market positioning.
• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing activities to engage target audiences and support the sales pipeline.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and digital performance assessments to support campaign planning and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in optimizing website content, landing pages, and calls to action to improve user experience, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, campaign ROI, and social media performance.
• Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and emerging digital technologies to support campaign execution, content optimization, audience targeting, reporting, and marketing efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the timely execution of digital marketing activities aligned with business priorities and lead-generation objectives.
• Monitor digital marketing budgets and campaign spending, maintain accurate records, and support the efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure consistency in Optimiza’s brand messaging and corporate identity across digital channels and marketing touchpoints.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, AI-driven search developments, advertising platforms, and industry best practices, recommending relevant improvements to ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, software, technology, or professional services.
• A proven track record of managing digital campaigns and reporting on results.
