What we’re looking for
We're looking for a Site Manager who is a dynamic, self motivated, objective oriented, well organized, reliable person to join our teams in Cluj!
What you’ll be doing
- Provides support in the administrative organization of the activities in the location where it is assigned, in order to ensure efficient management and the fulfillment of project objectives;
- Ensures communication and collaboration with specific institutions in the case of controls and the necessary checks;
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and improving the necessary optimal working conditions for the smooth development of the employees' activity;
- Ensures good communication within the team and outside it and participates in transversal meetings;
- Provides help for internal customers to find the best way to implement HR procedures and remains compliant with internal policies when necessary;
- Leads the local implementation of key HR programs in business ensuring a good strategy that is oriented towards people, efficient and sustainable in the long term;
- Participate in monthly department meetings to be aware of organizational changes and events;
- Organize ad-hoc onboarding sessions in the headquarters to familiarize new employees with the office;
- Manages administrative activities regarding the completion of attendance, approval and the timely sending of the documents of the employees to the HR department;
- Organize periodic occupational medicine campaigns, SSM and SU instructions;
- Ensure contact with the OSE communication officer for any topics of internal communication;
- Support for the implementation of OSE/CSR internal communication initiatives on site, participate in local events (conferences, student fairs).
What you need to know/have
- Previous experience in HR, labour law knowledge;
- Previous experience in participating and/or organizing events;
- Previous experience in office administration;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Good communication skills.
