Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur débutant pour renforcer notre équipe sur le déploiement et maintient en conditions opérationnelles des solutions Genesys Cloud de nos clients et/ou hébergées au sein d'Orange. Vous intégrerez un Centre de Compétence important composé d’experts sur la technologie Genesys basés en France et dans différents pays, qui gèrent actuellement 40 000 positions centre de contact.

Votre mission consiste à :

• Intégration de solution de centre de contact
• Participer à des Workshop afin d'accompagnet et conseiller nos clients en phase projet avant d’implémenter les solutions conçues en phase avant-vente.
• Designer et configurer la solution Genesys Cloud
• Rédiger des documents techniques (dossier d'architecture, spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles, dossier d'exploitation …)
• Assurer le handover aux équipes du support Level 2
• Assurer le cas échénant le support Level 3
• Assurer la mise en place de la solution et/ou rétablissement Ingénierie
• Assurer la veille technologique sur les évolutions des infrastructures
• Mettre en place des POC pour valider les études de faisabilité

Vous êtes de formation minimum Bac+5 type école d'ingénieur ou équivalent et attiré par les technologies en vogue telle que l'intégration de la solution centre d'appel aux différents BOT du marché, IA ou encore le Social Media (WhatsApp/Twitter/Facebook).

Vous êtes autonome, dynamique, curieux et envie d'intégrer une équipe qui sera mettre en valeur votre sens de la créativité et donner les moyens d'y arriver dans un contrat Win-Win.
