This role requires 4+ years of experience in technical environments with strong operational or regulatory constraints, strong infrastructure fundamentals, and fluency in French and English. Frequent travel to client sites is required.
Missions
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Orasio’s leads and customers, working closely with Sales to turn opportunities into signed deals.
- Support test, deployment, integration, roll-out, and troubleshooting of Orasio's solutions on client sites, ensuring successful implementation.
- Champion technical customer feedback internally, bringing clear technical insight into account reviews and ensuring product and engineering teams stay close to real field constraints.
