Data Scientist

Hybrid model, from office 4 days per week, Sofia

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine the Digital HR Process Twin — model workforce processes across hire-to-retire
• Analyse process execution data to identify bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities
• Develop predictive models: attrition risk, time-to-hire forecasting, SLA breach prediction
• Create analytics dashboards for enterprise clients: pipeline conversion funnels, channel spend optimisation, recruiter performance
• Design data quality frameworks for pseudonymized HR data (SHA-3 hashing, AES-256 encryption)
• Build the evaluation metrics for AI agent performance across HR domains
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on client-specific data analysis

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of data science experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or consulting
• Strong Python skills — pandas, scikit-learn, and statistical analysis
• Experience with SQL and data modelling for complex, multi-source datasets
• Understanding of process mining concepts or willingness to learn deeply
• Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboarding

Nice to Have

• Experience with process mining platforms
• Knowledge of HR metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, attrition rates, SLA compliance)
• Background in enterprise data integration or ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving analytics and pseudonymisation techniques
