What You’ll Do
Bridge R&D to Real Impact: Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and product engineers to move ideas into production.
Make AI Safe & Trusted: Build with transparency, reliability, and fairness at the core.
Build autonomous agents that solve high-stakes problems (not toy demos).
Design multi-agent systems that collaborate, delegate, and self-correct.
Engineer RAG pipelines on clean, governed health data.
Push boundaries with tool use, memory integration, orchestration, and re-enforcement learning.
See your code go live in production, powering real healthcare systems.
What We’re Looking For
Engineers with Python/TypeScript chops.
Hands-on with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Comfort with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native workflows.
Curiosity to learn, break things, and rebuild smarter.
Experience in healthcare data (FHIR, interoperability) is a plus - but hunger to learn is even better.
