Graphic Designer

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print materials.

• Work closely with the Art Director, Photographers, Videographers, Marketing, and other creative teams to execute creative concepts.

• Design visual content for social media, campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, events, and corporate communication.

• Develop creative layouts for catalogs, brochures, presentations, posters, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.

• Create visual concepts and designs for carpet and textile collections, ensuring products are presented in an attractive and compelling way.

• Retouch and enhance product images while maintaining accurate colors, textures, and patterns.

• Adapt creative designs into different formats and dimensions for various digital platforms.

• Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Support the development of creative concepts, mood boards, campaign visuals, and key visuals.

• Prepare final artwork for both digital publishing and print production.

• Coordinate with printing suppliers and external production partners when required.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Stay updated with current design trends, digital content formats, and creative industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

• 0–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency, advertising, retail, textile, fashion, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.

• Strong Graphic Design Portfolio demonstrating creativity and professional execution.

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

• Good knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

• Strong photo retouching and image manipulation skills.

• Experience in preparing designs for both digital and print production.

• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
