We Are Hiring | Administrative Supervisor for Zeina Group
Location: 10th of Ramadan City.
Zeina Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative Supervisor to join our team, preferably with a background in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Transportation: Manage daily employee transportation, including bus schedules, routes, attendance, service providers, and transportation-related issues.
- Accommodation Management: Oversee employee accommodation, including room allocation, cleanliness, maintenance, and employees’ accommodation needs.
- Catering: Supervise the company restaurant and meal services, ensuring food quality, hygiene, timely delivery, and service provider performance.
- General Administration: Oversee daily administrative operations, facility maintenance, housekeeping, security coordination, administrative supplies, and other general services. Supervise administrative staff and service providers, monitor performance, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare administrative reports, maintain accurate records, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing company.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills and reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Candidates residing in or near 10th of Ramadan City are preferred.
