Objetivo:
Desarrollar, mantener y optimizar aplicaciones bancarias críticas en ambientes Mainframe, garantizando estabilidad, calidad, rendimiento y cumplimiento de estándares.
Requisitos técnicos indispensables:
- COBOL
- BATCH / JCL
- CICS
- DB2
- SQL
- IBM z/OS
- Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de sistemas bancarios o críticos
- Control de versiones/promoción de código, idealmente Endevor
- Experiencia con procesos Batch y herramientas como Control-M / CA-7

- ISPF / TSO
- IBM Developer for z/OS o Eclipse
- Git
- ServiceNow
- Jira / Azure DevOps
- Confluence
Deseable:
- Experiencia con metodologías ágiles / Scrum
