    - 外部ベンダーや他部署（PjM、PdM、CS等）と連携し、テストスコープや品質基準の調整

- マネジメント・組織運営

    - QAチームメンバー（社員）のピープルマネジメント

        - 1on1、成長支援

        - 目標設定や人事評価の運用

    - プロジェクト横断のQAタスク管理

        - 複数プロダクトの進行状況を把握し、適切なアサイン計画と進捗管理

        - リソースの最適配置と中長期的なQA方針策定や体制設計

    - 他部署やセクションとの品質に関する調整業務

        - QA観点での方針共有や課題抽出

        - 全社品質向上への取り組み提案 など
