Talent Acquisition HR - Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources function across areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management. This is an on-site internship suited for someone at the start of their HR career who is eager to gain hands-on, cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
• Support talent acquisition and campus recruitment activities
• Help coordinate compensation management and employee benefits administration
• Contribute to talent management and performance management processes
• Assist with learning & development initiatives
• Support employee engagement activities and programs
• Provide general HR generalist support as needed

Requirements:

• Interest in HR Generalist functions and Talent Acquisition.
• 0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with AI tools relevant to HR processes.
• Exposure to compensation management, employee benefits, or recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
• Understanding of performance management and learning and development concepts.
