Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Freude an Kommunikation hat, sich in neue Themen einarbeitet und den ersten Kontakt zu potenziellen Kunden nicht scheut.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktiv auf Menschen zugehen - Du identifizierst passende Unternehmen und nimmst Kontakt auf, vor allem telefonisch und über LinkedIn
  • Gespräche führen - Du sprichst mit Entscheidern wie IT- oder Finanzverantwortlichen und findest heraus, wo wir unterstützen können
  • Bedarfe erkennen - Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, qualifizierst Kontakte und vereinbarst Termine für unsere Projektteams
  • Eigene Pipeline aufbauen - Du entwickelst Schritt für Schritt dein eigenes Netzwerk und hältst deine Kontakte strukturiert fest

Dein Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb ist hilfreich - wichtiger ist uns aber deine Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
  • Du hast ein Studium abgeschlossen, stehst kurz davor oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Spaß daran, Gespräche zu führen
  • Du interessierst dich für wirtschaftliche Themen, idealerweise rund um Finance oder IT und SAP
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1 Niveau) und fühlst dich auch auf Englisch wohl (mind. B2 Niveau)
  • Spanisch oder Portugiesisch sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
