About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing role at a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI startup, leading AI transformation across the DACH region from Munich. You will serve as a strategic partner to C-suite executives at large enterprises, owning regional outcomes and working closely with senior leadership to expand the company's footprint across Europe. The role sits at the intersection of hands-on AI building, executive consulting, and commercial growth.
What You'll Do
Own and drive the regional rollout of the company's platform across DACH, accountable for regional outcomes.
Act as an AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.
Run each account as a structured consulting engagement: stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmap, rollout, and measurable results.
Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and build the first agents yourself to prove value before scaling adoption org-wide.
Host executive workshops, briefings, and strategy-focused quarterly reviews to engage senior leadership.
Navigate complex organisational dynamics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, advocating for what customers need.
Contribute to team-building in Munich as the regional business grows.
Continuously automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.
What We're Looking For
3 or more years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation, top-tier consulting, or an AI-native company.
Background in a leading strategy consulting firm or equivalent large-scale enterprise transformation experience, or a founder or operator background at an AI-native company.
Proven track record leading C-level engagements and driving measurable transformation at large organisations.
Deep, hands-on experience building production AI agents, including model selection, evaluation design, and enterprise integration architecture.
Commercial experience across renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
Experience building or scaling a regional team.
Native-level German proficiency; based in Munich or willing to relocate.
High agency, high ownership mindset with fast decision-making and concise communication.
