Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, administering systems, maintaining network security, and providing end-user technical support. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Windows Active Directory Server Management,
Microsoft Office 365 Administration, FortiGate Firewall Administration, networking and switching, end-user computing, and IT security management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Windows Active Directory Server Management
● Administer and maintain Windows servers and Active Directory environments.
● Manage user accounts, groups, access permissions, Group Policies, and authentication.
● Monitor server performance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure system availability.
● Perform regular system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
2. Microsoft Office 365 Administration
● Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and access permissions.
● Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
● Troubleshoot email, collaboration, and other Microsoft 365-related issues.
● Implement appropriate security settings and access controls.
3. FortiGate Firewall Administration
● Configure, manage, and monitor FortiGate firewalls.
● Implement firewall policies, VPNs, access controls, and network security rules.
● Monitor firewall logs and investigate potential security threats.
● Troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain secure network access.
4. Networking and Switching
● Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
● Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
● Manage VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and routing configurations.
● Ensure reliable network connectivity across the organization.
5. End-User Computing Management
● Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
● Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
● Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user access issues.
● Support end users and maintain accurate IT asset and support records.
6. IT Security Management
● Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and access controls.
● Monitor systems and networks for vulnerabilities and potential security incidents.
● Ensure regular patching, antivirus protection, endpoint security, and data backups.
● Support security audits, incident response, and business continuity initiatives.
● Promote IT security awareness and compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications and Experience
● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
● 3–4 years of relevant experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management.
● Demonstrable hands-on experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration.
● Proven experience administering FortiGate firewalls.
● Strong knowledge of networking, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
● Experience in end-user computing support and IT asset management.
● Good understanding of IT security principles, vulnerability management, and data protection.

● Experience with virtualization, endpoint management, cloud services, and IT infrastructure monitoring tools.
