Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting an Account Manager to cover the West End of London. The main goal of the role is to support our current customers with the maintenance and service of their lifts. Partnering with them to provide top level customer service, break down of technical jargon with advice around the best way to ensure safe, reliable lifts.
On a typical day you will:
- Manage a portfolio of lifts/elevators units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding service inquires.
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets. Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
- Work closely with your operations manager to ensure top level customer service is delivered across the West End of London.

What you will need to be successful
- Proven experience with managing service accounts, ideally within the lift industry, but we’re open on sector knowledge.
- Familiar with working with high demanding customers within the City of London.
- Great communication skills, able to communicate with customers efficiently and effectively.
- Customer focused approach to you role, experience in going above and beyond for your customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
