As a Data & Ops Analyst, you will be part of the Operational Excellence team, working to improve processes and equip Energy Managers with the right data tools. Your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment, analyzing building performance, estimating savings, and enhancing Energy Managers' efficiency. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on energy savings and the overall team dynamic.
Missions
- Surveiller en temps réel environ 500 équipements et automatiser les alertes ou les actions correctives.
- Détecter lorsque les économies d'un bâtiment tombent en dessous du seuil de rentabilité et identifier la cause profonde.
- Identifier les goulets d'étranglement dans le travail quotidien des gestionnaires d'énergie et les équiper des bons outils de données.
Profil recherché
We are looking for a high-potential profile, with a master's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in data or analytics in a demanding environment, ideally a high-growth company. Beyond analysis, you are able to structure data and automate processes.More important than a specific background, we are looking for someone driven by making things better, with:
* a proven track record: a tool you designed and delivered, with measurable impact (adoption, time saved, issues avoided);
* hands-on experience with a range of data tools (e.g. SQL, Python, BigQuery, Metabase, Databricks), applied to real operational cases;
* strong ownership: you coordinate with Tech and Operations until a solution is delivered and adopted;
* advanced use of AI and automation in your daily work;
* a genuine interest in building operations and energy performance;
* native or bilingual French and fluent English.
Previous experience in real estate or energy is not required.
