Technical Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Lead to join our core technology team. In this role, you will design and build next-generation products used by our customers, architect solutions to support both technical and business initiatives, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. Responsibilities:

• Own and Operate: Lead the operation of high-scale cloud-based systems and services, providing technical leadership across all aspects of the product.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the design and implementation of core product features and key technical initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to manage, design, and execute the delivery of software products.
• Business and R& D Alignment: Help translate business requirements into R& D tasks, ensuring alignment between the technical team and business objectives.
• Roadmap and Deliverables: Collaborate with business groups (Product, Growth, Marketing) to outline the high-level to low-level technology roadmap and project deliverables.
• Process Tailoring: Adapt processes to efficiently manage time-sensitive issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
• Mentorship and Growth: Lead and manage a team of talented technologists, providing regular mentorship to help them grow professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade, distributed software systems.
• Strong technology acumen, with deep knowledge of software engineering processes, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Expertise in Message/Event-driven architecture and building distributed systems.
• Project management skills to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across teams and features.
• Strong advocacy and influencing abilities, with the capability to navigate discussions and decisions with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
