Graphic Designer

Requirements: Minimum 2.5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within hospitality, food and beverage, hotels, tourism, or lifestyle brands. Strong experience designing EDM campaigns, digital advertisements, website banners, social media content, and promotional marketing assets. Advanced proficiency in Figma, with strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Good understanding of responsive email design, digital marketing best practices, typography, layout, colour, and brand consistency. Strong portfolio, attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Squarespace to update website content, layouts, and visual assets is highly desirable. Core responsibilities: Design engaging, mobile-responsive EDMs that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Create digital marketing assets including website banners, promotional graphics, social media creatives, and online advertisements. Produce seasonal campaign artwork for promotions, events, menu launches, and special offers. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals. Design assets within Figma, ensuring files are organised and developer-ready where required. Maintain consistent branding across multiple hospitality venues and campaigns. Optimise designs for email marketing platforms and digital performance. Prepare graphics for websites, landing pages, and online booking promotions. Design presentation materials, signage, digital menus, and other marketing collateral as required. Ensure all creative work is delivered accurately and within agreed timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality. Stay up to date with hospitality, digital marketing, and design trends. Help and assist with scheduling social media content for multiple venues and updating menus, promotions, events, and other information across venue websites and digital platforms.
